Frequently Asked Questions
What size jobs do you do?
All jobs of different shapes and sizes. Our saying around the office is that we don’t tell anyone no. We want to take care of people and build relationships and trust for projects in the future. If we cannot do what you need we will help you find someone who can.
Will I need professionally done plans or blueprints?
Possibly. Most of our projects require an architect to draw plans and have an engineer stamp them. We have great relationships with architects and engineers that we use every day so not to worry. We can help coordinate and work with either our guys, or those clients who choose to use someone else. Reasons you would need plans.
Who will be responsible for making sure my project runs smoothly?
Before your project begins one of our knowledgeable Project Managers will be assigned to you. We will then schedule an introductory meeting for you both to get to know each other. Your project Manager will take over from there and will be your main point of contact moving forward.
How does the process work?
First, you can reach out to us via the contact page or by phone to schedule an initial consultation. At the consultation we try to get an idea of what you want along with several other pieces of information. From there the next steps vary depending on the project. There is no obligation or cost to use us for anything during any time until you decide that we are the best fit for you and a contract is signed.
What areas do you work in?
We work in the greater Charleston area. From Kiawah to McClellanville, Downtown to Summerville, and everywhere in between. We do travel further only on a case by case basis.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a fully insured and licensed General Contractor. Documentation of both can be provided upon request.
